Camp Hardtner Forms

Thank you for your interest in Camp Hardtner.

You will need to download, fill out and mail in the Camp Application form or register online.

Once we receive your application for summer camp, we will send you out a packet that contains your acceptance - denial letter, a statement of your account, an information sheet and several forms to insure your child's safety at camp.
